N oul Tower is a communication and observation tower located on Namsan Mountain in central Seoul, South Korea. It marks the highest point in Seoul. Built in 1969, and at a cost of approximately $2.5 million, the tower was opened to the public in 1980. Seoul Tower was completed on December 3, 1971, designed by architects jangjongryul. By August 1975, the third floor of the observatory room, museum, open hall, souvenir shop, and the other facilities, were open. The tower was open to the public for the first time on October 15, 1980. Since then, the tower has been a landmark of Seoul. It measures 236.7 m (777 ft) in height from the base and tops out at 479.7 m (1,574 ft) above sea level. It changed its name to N Seoul Tower in 2005. The "N" stands for 'new,' 'Namsan,' and 'nature.' Approximately 15 billion won was spent in renovating and remodeling the tower.
There are many amazing spots for enjoying Namsan Tower, but most people enjoy the top view because it is simply amazing. There is a place called The Love Padlocks, this place is called that because there is an iron framework that is filled with padlocks that people hang. these padlocks represent their relationships to last forever. After hanging those padlocks, they would throw away the keys.
There is also a place called The Teddy Bear Museum. This place is a heaven for those who like Teddy Bears. Because this place is filled with teddy bears. The teddy bears are placed like a miniature of historical scenes interestingly so we are entertained with it.
